Allowed my SP to bat (strikeout) with the bases loaded in the 5th... then replaced him after one batter in bottom 5th for being tired... lol. Shoulda pinch hit for him, if you were gonna pull him for being tired!! lol. I mean... the one batter in bottom of 5th wasn't like a hit or run or anything... it was a strikeout! i obviously have my setting off somehow...http://www.simdynasty.com/boxscore.jsp?boxscoreid=21292265&cityid=10

Is your pinch hitter setting set to allow for pinch hitters in the 5th inning or later?And do you have this setting:
