After 5 weeks of 1964 Regular Season, 3 weeks of 1964 Playoffs, and 9 weeks of 1965 he has acquired 0 IC's for speed (not worried about conversion). I would assume that he would get at least one IC in speed in that time.
Am I missing something, or is there an issue here?

His drill was set to Sprints at that time.After 5 weeks of 1964 Regular Season, 3 weeks of 1964 Playoffs, and 9 weeks of 1965 he has acquired 0 IC's for speed (not worried about conversion). I would assume that he would get at least one IC in speed in that time.
