Bold Letters on Roster

Why are some of the letters on the roster bold and others aren't? Is there a significance or just random coding?

Bold letters indicate skills that are important to that player's position.

Ah. Seems its for primary position vs. best role...that's why the pattern didn't jump out. Thanks!

The exception is that if you are looking at a Depth Chart, it bolds the most important skills for that particular depth chart, which may or may not match the player's position.
