Which QB would you start?

I drafted both QB's last season, Freeman in round 2 and Hicks in round 3. Freeman was intended to be my long-term starter, with his 95 potential and 53 attitude, I expected him to improve well and end up as a top-notch guy who could throw the ball deep effectively with high throw power. Hicks was a surprise last season, he improved 35 times (to Freeman's 15) and is now a red letter overall QB at 23 years old. Hicks was certainly helped by an injury to Freeman that benched him for most of the preseason and the first 3 regular season games as well.
Based on last season's stats, Freeman is the better QB; posting a higher completion percentage (63.9 vs. 60.8), better TD to INT ratio (12:5 vs. 4:5), and a higher QB rating (91.8 vs. 70.1).
This pre-season, Hicks is once again improving at a faster clip than Freeman, already converting 8 chances to Freeman's 4. What would you do? I really need some help here deciding between the two.

The short-term answer involves strategy. I think if you want to play a short passing game with higher completion percentages, then Hicks is going to be the choice.
But if you want to throw deep more often, Freeman is going to be the power arm you'll want.
You might even consider using Hicks in Pro Set and I-Formation and using Freeman in Shotgun. That will give both some playing time and let you see if they handle the roles well.

I like the guy with the big arm and better ´tude... I also remember Chris saying something about the impòrtence of Thrp and that we have been under estimating it

Lol, not really. I live in Pac-10 (I can't call it the Pac-12 yet) territory, so that's where my allegiance lies. ...
While I don't think shuffling QBs on and off the field is generally a great RL strategy, it can have its advantages here. You'll keep both at better conditioning and have a chance to use them to best advantage.
Heck, it's just a game. See what happens.
