Baton Rouge has clinched the AFC West title and home field advantage throughout the AFC playoffs
Edmonton has clinched the NFC West title and home field advantage throughout the NFC playoffs
San Diego, Pittsburgh and Seattle are eliminated from the playoffs.
The playoff picture should stabilize over the next couple of weeks, although the wild cards could come down to the final week.

At the end of Week 14 we know:Baton Rouge has clinched the AFC West title and home field advantage throughout the AFC playoffs
