does an A- overall RP go #2 in the final season of a trial league when the #1 pick won't even play the final season?

Well, Arizona hasn't been active in 2 months, so the draft order must have come from the draft preferences (which must have been high on power and speed). Hey, the bright side is you can at least try to trade for the A- RP since Baltimore is an active owner. The crappy #1 pick will rot in the minors in Arizona where it deserves to.
