This league needs a Hall of Fame. Anyone else agree?

Ill start working backwards from this season.......starting with retiree class of 2025....how should we handle voting????
Ill propose this:
50% yes votes gets a guy in
no less than 5 yes votes for entry
8 yes votes = auto entry
Whattay think? I am open to suggestion.

Then each owner can post thier 'yes' votes and/or thier 'no' votes.
*NOTE*
Owners do not have to vote 'NO'......however they reserve the right if an owner feels strongly that a player should NOT get entry to the HOF.
If a player gets 5 YES votes and 4 NO votes.....he would gain entry.
If that same player were to recieve 6 NO votes then he would NOT gain entry. Obviously 8 YES votes is an AUTO entry.
Let me repeat that these are just PROPOSALS for HOF rules.
I am open to suggestion...just figured we have to start somewhere.

I would suggest a 10 season minimum to get on the ballot. Start with 5 seasons ago and go back.

how about 3-5 maximum elected in every year after initial year of 5-10 HOFers

sounds great. 5 years retired to be eligible? certain% for entry....Certain % to stay on ballot? 15 years max on ballot? We need a HOF chairman....volunteers?Pages: 1
