CLE 11 2nd and 1 for the Chorros, they line up in a Pro Set; the Rams line up in a 4-3.
Joe Wille IV takes the snap and drops back into the pocket.
Wille IV is under pressure.
Wille IV passes to Willie Bell at the CLE 7.
There is a flag on the play.
The ball is caught at the CLE 7 by Willie Bell.
Bell breaks a tackle by Stan Skoczen.
Pass by Joe Wille IV is completed to Willie Bell for a 10 yard gain.
PENALTY: CLE, Personal foul by #60 Dante Magnani, 15 yards and automatic first down.
The penalty will be applied as half the distance to the goal line.

Caught this today in the logic, the correct instruction should be decline the penalty as it would have been 1st and goal from the 1 instead of 1st and goal from the 3. not a huge deal but I thought it should be pointed outCLE 11 2nd and 1 for the Chorros, they line up in a Pro Set; the Rams line up in a 4-3.
