Receiver dropping the ball

What are the abilities that factor into this? Catching, Hands, Execution? Thanks!

Rain and snow are the issue when it says the drop is due to a slipper ball; the receiver's Hands rating is the issue if the drop message doesn't say anything about being slippery. (Cold doesn't directly result in a drop but does lower the overall reception rate.)--Chris
