I've run a few teams now, and have had some halfbacks who had good receiving skills (Catching, Speed, Agility, Hands, Execution) but were not targeted very much at all. I'd say at most, 1 pass a game on average. I wonder if that's a universal right now, or if the backs are better receivers than the wide receivers the QB will target them more? It seems that if I put a back in a wide receiver slot all that happens is the QB goes to the other wide receiver and tight end more.March 30, 2011 at 11:35PM View BBCode
screens usually go to a RB, you might want to try some of them (not to many, though).March 31, 2011 at 12:02PM View BBCode
True, I don't throw too many screens, but I'd still like to see more "short" passes go to the backs, and a few "medium" passes -- if they are good receivers, especially in shotgun formation.Originally posted by Williams_482
