Game Timing

I have changed the way time is reported. Previously, the time after a play when players are getting back to their own side of the LOS was part of the prior play, but that left the time of the current play somewhat nebulous, making strategy planning challenging. So now, the time you see on a play is the time of the whistle for the end of the last play.
