Dropped passes

Analyzing the number of overall dropped passes, it looks like they are running a little high on clear days. I am reducing the chances of a pass being dropped by 20%.--Chris

Are they really not catching the ball enough?

With 3 games left in the season, we already have two 2,000-yard receivers and 10 guys with at least 98 catches.Are they really not catching the ball enough?

The high number of receptions and yards I think just stems from the fact that people are passing more than running. The default strategies, I think, are too pass-heavy. Now that running is more viable hopefully things will start to swing the other way. I probably do need to tighten up the defense just a bit though.

Drops are different from incompletes. Drops are completions that fail after the fact with no input from the defense; think of them like the minus plays in baseball.The high number of receptions and yards I think just stems from the fact that people are passing more than running. Those are pretty extreme user settings.
I have noticed it is harder to stop the running backs now.

Arkansas has 918 pass attempts and has 49 INTs with a passer rating of 32.4. The Knights have been sacked 91 times.Those are pretty extreme user settings.
I have noticed it is harder to stop the running backs now.

The Arkansas Abusers are running an abusive all-pass strategy, throwing long or medium passes on almost every down (copied from one of the users on the main site); one of our main tasks here is to make sure that such a strategy does not succeed. So it is going to skew the results some.
Jetpac is running the Knights; I believe he is trying to run a pass-heavy offense that skirts the edges of where the automatic defense adjustments kick in.
