Aren't hands and execution the only things that matter? Not sure why throwing power and accuracy are weighted so heavily, ive never actually seen the holder have to attempt a pass on a bad snap or something.March 21, 2011 at 02:46AM View BBCode
Hands and execution are currently all that matter, but at some point in the near future there will be bad snaps and fake field goals and other items that may require the holder to take a more active role.March 21, 2011 at 04:55AM View BBCode
Cool, thanks. Even then i dont think passer ratings should be weighted so much towards a holders overall rating though, since those situations will be extremely rare(unless you attempted a fake field goal every game or something).March 21, 2011 at 05:47AM View BBCode

Its usually a 2nd or 3rd string QB by default though because their rating at holder is inflated so much because of their passer ratings. Id rather have a guy thats going to give me a good hold every time than a guy who will give you a good hold 75% of the time but has a slight chance to make a miraculous play in once in a blue moon situations.March 21, 2011 at 06:42AM View BBCode
Same thing with kick return backs.. its extremely rare for them to actually get a return on a super short kickoff, but it seems their kick returning abilities are weighed just as much as their blocking abilities in determining their KRB rating.Pages: 1
