Time out bug

Any way to change the timeout settings so that my team doesn't call timeouts when tied and the other O is on my side of the field moving into scoring position before the end of the half? My team called 3 TOs to help set them up for a late FG. Luckily, he missed and it had no impact on the game.

Also - timeout should have been called here:

The Minnesota Blue Ox call a time out. They have 1 remaining.
00:28. ...Billy Ray Peterson is sacked...
00:17 ...Blue Ox line up in a Field Goal/PAT...
Time expires before the snap.
00:00 MIN --- End of 2nd quarter.

My team used it's last timeout with 42 seconds left in the 2nd quarter at my opponents 37 yard line. We then completed a 21 yard pass to make it 1st down at the 16 yard line with 34 seconds left.

Then, inexplicably, the other team called a time-out for us. It was a moot point probably because we scored on the next play. But, had we not it might have made a big difference.

Chris, I'm thinking the setting should be something owners can manually set based on a few factors, like in baseball where you set when pitchers come out. If say there was 90 seconds left and I was at the 15, I could see them calling a time out. Maybe 4 settings for opponent at between X and Y yards with A to B time left, then call a timeout.

Might actually need a few more options for depending on what down it is. Also, should only apply in the 2nd or 4th quarter.
