It's been nice but ...

I have every confidence I could compete for 1-2 more years, especially with my everyday lineup, which is still solid. But subscribing to the old adage that it's better to seek value a year too early than a year too late, the entire Milwaukee major league roster is now available. I'm looking for the usual... first-round picks, blue-chip prospects or ready-to-play now youngsters. Please don't offer me your second-tier minor leaguers or you third-round picks. In most drafts of late your lucky to get something with a first-rounder. Anyway, it's out there if you want it. If not, I'll run this team into the ground. It's going to be a long rebuild no matter what.
