Fail but one more time, Steve, and the Reign will fall. O, how the Reign will fall.

We head to the Steel City, with victory on our minds and a taste for Parrot blood in our throats. Will the Susko Kid klinch it for us, or must we wait for Dick? Either way, this league will find a new definition of pain and suffering.

Should any of you wish to beg for mercy, the great Scooter will now listen to your pleas.

Great job Scooter. I'm still in disbelief you won the whole thing, you looked an outside bet at best for a play-off place halfway thru the season.

But what about the incentives you gave to New York. Incentives! What happened to the Reign of Terror.

And what about incentives for Detroit in that final series? The nearest we got to champagne was clearing up your empties.

And to be frank with you, Tony, we were not entirely pleased with your work cleaning up said empties. When we went to use the locker room for the ALCS, there was totally a smudge on one of the mirrors. Very disappointing.

I trust the issue has been addressed, and appropriate personnel ... corrected?
