Improve your team by playing young players where you can and by playing vets with high mentor skill. Players who are 22-25 are most likely to improve quickly in the majors. Younger than 22 y/o players usually improve faster in the minors. To see how much your team has improved, check under "stats" and go to "improvement report."

You also can alot points to your minor leaguers and that will improve their abilities. I believe they must be under 24 years old.
