I've made an adjustment on the waiverwire page. If you are over the cap, you can do whatever you want. I've removed the restriction. This should give people more flexibility to get under the cap by letting them pickup cheaper players.Let me know if you see any issues.

Nope. You can hang yourself if you want to. We're taking more of a Libertarian approach to enforcement.Tyson

makes sense. the penalties for it make it pretty much impossible for the team to win anyway, right?

that's cool with me. I just read it as letting you pick up cheaper players to drop the more expensive ones (and not have to pay them)
