Backend Changes

I've made some backend changes to the Game code, Waiver Wire, AllStar, and Playoff code to help improve performance. If you see any issues with games, let me know.

The only issue I can see is that the Beta League has been stalled for a week.

I agree with Casey.
The last World Series stopped at game 6 -- a few of days ago.

I think I've managed to unstick the playoffs. They didn't sim quite right after that, but we should be able to continue with the league.
