How does a team like CHA end up with 73 players on its' roster ? Philly has 68 and LAA has 60.
Is it just because the drafts have happened quickly ?

Beta has been flying along, maybe a bit too fast for some.How does a team like CHA end up with 73 players on its' roster ? Philly has 68 and LAA has 60.

I think it is a combination of fast pace and the fact that these guys stopped checking their teams.I've turned off the extra games.
