3. 86 G. Evans 160AB 2HR 15R 23RBI 12SB .294
I wonder why Cook has so many more votes than Evans. (Personally, I like the #2 guy better, but I am partial to batting average)
How is RoY, CY, MVP etc. calculated?

Your partial to batting average? Evans is .004 points higher in BA.

By the time the season is done I would guess that the @2 guy (Johnson I think) will be the ROY winner. He is a much better player the both these guys.

The two players are actually tied in BA now at .293 and Cook is 40 points higher in OPS.By the time the season is done I would guess that the @2 guy (Johnson I think) will be the ROY winner. He is a much better player the both these guys.

Runs scored is the big difference right now and could keep Boog from winning the award. Runs are every bit as important as RBIs in the formula.

Johnson should end up the ROY winner when all is said and done. His grades are more setup for this game as ABE likes the power guys over the average guys. I doubt my player carries that high of an average all year either.
