Offseasons run for Dynasty leagues (usually takes about 1 hour for all leagues). These run overnight.
September 10th (starting at 10AM)
Expansion teams are moved into place and have control of their team.
September 13th (starting at 6:01AM)
Amateur Drafts for Dynasty leagues. Usually takes less than 30 minutes for all leagues.
September 13th (approx 12 Noon)
New changes moved into place. The list of changes will be posted sometime this week.
September 16th
New season begins.

For the new owners, when should we be able to see our roster. Mine is coming up blank when I click on depth chart.I purchased:

if they take over the 10th, they need 6 days? I don't mind I guess just kind of frustrating to wait an almost full week after the WS, isn't there a way to let them rank the draft class when they buy the team that way the rest of the league doesn't have to wait a full week?

i like the week layoff, lets me catch up on the other things in my life, and renews my sim dynasty joy when i catch that first sweet sight of dynasty vision on opening day...and it puts an actual break in between seasons, instead of just all running together as you'll find in the speed leagues. Plus I just won my first championship and I'm having fun imagining all the boys sippin champagne out the top of the trophy on a tropical island somewhere before spring training! I think i'm in the minority on this one, probably most people just want the seasons to go go go, but I really hope it never changes. Oh yeah also it helps me plan vacations, since I know the season starts on the 16th of every other month...so many reasons not to change!

A week off from SD changes the blood pressure and my doctor is happy with my progress.
My appointments are always scheduled for the 11th of the month when due. That way I can fill in the blanks for retirements and update draft picks in the quite of the waiting room.
If bp can't appreciate the humor in those statements
me thinks he needs to savor this Sim a bit more or take up knitting.
The three of us have one WS title what's the rush for the second?;)

If you are in a Dynasty league that wishes to have a tighter schedule, you might want to explore changing to a Speed league. There are a few differences. You'd still play 3 GPD, but payments would be done monthly and Dynasty dollars aren't used in Speed leagues, and these leagues open the door to the possibility of rule changes such as using a different minor league system if there is unanimous support for it. We'd need unanimous support to make this change. If you're in a league that wishes to do this, please contact us in Support and we can talk about setting up a vote.

i am already in a private league, I was just voicing my thoughts, just think it's a bit long but oh well, still prefer them to other leagues

Your best bet is to convince the other owners in your league to change the league to a Speed league.Tyson
