Draft settings

Just outta curriosity, what did you guys put down on "youth"? I had 6 pts on youth and figured that was plenty. I only got about 5 players under the age of 26.
Then the "Well Rounded" stopped drafting pitchers after it selected my starting staff. Whats so well rounded about that?

I didn't put anything on youth, and it shows. I have very few players under 30 and they're all in the 25-29 range. That's going to hurt in a few years. :(

I had Y=18 for pitchers and Y=20 for hitters.

Fulla, with Well Rounded, ABE picks best-available after your major league team is picked. Well Rounded may also pick all your pitchers last or first.

15 on youth for hitters and pitchers for me. This is long term baby.

For pitchers I selected 25 for youth, hitters I set at 21. It's pretty much what I've done for my last two leagues. I'll be a doormat for the first 3-4 seasons while they develop and get good draft picks. I hate waiting but it's worth it in the end.

I left age a 0. Nice move, don't ya think? I've got the senior circuit going as well, but Richie Weekes looks awesome:

Weekes.... looks like you got an all star for the next 4 or 5 seasons.
