My top guy, 15 CP, has 2 IC, neither converted. Next guy has 0 IC and third guy, 13 CP, has one CP, converted.

Maybe we don't have a representative sample yet (23 games as I post), but my top gatherer of improvement chances, with 12, has 0 CP. Second spot, with 10 IC, is a senior citizen also with 0 CP. My coaches are so bad that the only way to get better is to tune them out.My top guy, 15 CP, has 2 IC, neither converted. Next guy has 0 IC and third guy, 13 CP, has one CP, converted.

Anybody else see this trend? I've got a 34-year-old pitcher on whom I put no points, and he got 26 ICs. My guy with 15 CP got just 10 IC. It's almost in inverse proportion.
