Last I heard, the biggest difference between the all star formula and the Cy Young formula is that Cy Youg puts more emphasis on wins, but this guy had 20 wins for 3 of those 4 seasons he started on the alls tar team.

Also it isnt like hes played for terrible teams his whole career, he was in the playoffs in 2022 and 2026.
