Please let me know if you see any issues. I tested for regular season pitcher stats, but have not for postseason stats yet.
I am going to continue to change code in other areas to use this new method this week.

I've made two minor, but fundamental, changes to how data is inserted into the database for all star calculations and pitcherstats. It is a method that Chris discovered during development for football and could result in improved performance of queries.Please let me know if you see any issues. I tested for regular season pitcher stats, but have not for postseason stats yet.
I am going to continue to change code in other areas to use this new method this week.

I've finished this work, all stat updates related to games now use this new method including Splits. Let me know if you see anything wrong.Tyson
