Letter to Number Conversion Chart

I'm willing to bet that the "numbers" system is relatively new to most of you so I wanted to sticky the conversion chart between letters and numbers to help make the transition as seamless as possible. Also, if you go to "Owner -> Edit Profile -> Skill Ratings Display" you can change it between numbers and letters for those more comfortable with the traditional letter based ratings.
