I've made some configuration changes on the beta website. I'll need to restart Tomcat for them to work properly. This will be done tonight at the latest. The site will be unavailable for a while.Thanks,

I have added connection pooling for the database to the site. I've been told that our site problems may be related to this. It shouldn't hurt anything to use this. Please take a few minutes to go through the site and let me know if you see any issues. I'd like to push this change live sometime tomorrow if possible.
