New 12 GPD Speed League

We are starting a new 12 GPD league, the Dan Quisenberry League. The league will use Numbers, Variable Development, and Minor IC System 3.For complete league rules and signup instructions, please see the DQL League Board:

Quite frankly I think system 3 retirements is a bit silly, it just allows teams to keep 3-4 A+ mentors and pretty much automatically cover their mentor level without any effort .
I think system 2 is a much more reasonable idea in that players can stick around as long as they are actually being used . As you may recall from Beta discussion I think the at bats requirement in system 2 is too high, particularly when contrasted with the easier to attain pitching requirement, but I still think it's the best option we have.

I'm in the process of updating the Pay Leagues page to allow people to specify preferences for these systems so we can use that data in deciding which kind of new leagues to start.

There are 2 leagues using System 2.The reason I made this league system 3 is that I got a request for this the last time a league started.
I'm in the process of updating the Pay Leagues page to allow people to specify preferences for these systems so we can use that data in deciding which kind of new leagues to start.
