In order to make it so that these leagues aren't just sitting there forever waiting to fill, I've made it so that you need at least 4 owners wishing to stay for the league to restart after the 1952 season.

I had been restarting all trial leagues that had at least 1 owner that wished to return. In the past, this number has sometimes been higher. There seems to have been a problem related to last weeks database changes where leagues were not properly being reset. So as a result, there is a backlog of leagues waiting to be reset.In order to make it so that these leagues aren't just sitting there forever waiting to fill, I've made it so that you need at least 4 owners wishing to stay for the league to restart after the 1952 season.
