Fixed Playoff TieBreaker Bug

I fixed a bug that came up this week. When there is a tiebreaker, the boxscore has that No Recap Window error. I tested it in my test area and it seems fine. Just wanted to let you know.

We may need it in the Beta Single Season, as evenly as the teams appear to be balanced.
