I like what you're doing. I don't like seeing myself at #16. I hope you keep this up when fortunes change and teams at the bottom are at the top and vice versa. ;-)

Confused though. From this poll to the last my team stretched a 2 game lead to 7, but fell to no.3?:puzzled:

The rankings aren't my own personal opinion; I would have placed your team easily in the #2 spot The rankings are based on the pythagorean expectation formula invented by Bill James which is an attempt to remove luck (otherwise known by us as Abe) out of the equation. Do a search on the web if you are interested enough to find the exact formula he uses. It is based on runs scored compared to runs given up which the Froggies are slightly ahead (at the moment!)

Gottcha. I was not sure what type of formula that was being used. Over in the RSL there was a guy who used a formula based on the players current and probable decline/improvements to predict current and future success of teams.
