Let me know what you think. If enough people think it is important or valuable to update this more frequently, I'll investigate other solutions.

Facebook Update Frequency

We have over 800 people connected to Sim Dynasty on facebook. We were updating the team records on facebook every 15 minutes. With 800 people, this is becoming too time consuming for the server to handle. I've changed this to update twice a night at midnight and 6AM - I put in 6AM just in case the midnight job fails for some reason.Let me know what you think. If enough people think it is important or valuable to update this more frequently, I'll investigate other solutions.

I use it to see whether any of my leagues are ending today (so I can look at full-season stats), so once a day is enough for me.Pages: 1
