1) Team A plays guy in the major leagues
2) Team A demotes player and then waives
3) Player is claimed by Team B and promoted to the majors
In this case, the team city is missing from the stat line for Team A, like in this case see how NYN is missing from the 1975 line:

This has long been a problem that comes up every once in a while and I think I've finally been able to reproduce the issue and correct it.
I've put a fix in to correct this (hopefully). Let me know if you see any issues with waiving players, or with the team cities.

I've put a bug fix in that addresses this situation.1) Team A plays guy in the major leagues
