Questionable Pitching Change

Ronald Isley had a no-hitter going through 6 innings with only 2 walks and was pulled for a pinch-hitter for offensive reasons. The game was 0-0. On settings I know I have do not bring in a closer if pitcher is throwing a shut-out, but I don't see anything that would prevent this from happening since he wasn't removed for being tired and it wasn't the 9th inning. post this in the question and answer forum and one of the games veteran gurus may have an answer or at least maybe have it looked at in case its a bug of some sort.

Just happened to LeMaster as well. Krueger had a no-hitter through 7 against me and was lifted. I don't know if Lem had it set to pull when tired or not.

My preferences say don't lift a guy with a no-hitter. So I don't understand it.Pages: 1
