If any of these changes spark an idea for a new change or a similar change, please create a new thread in Suggest Enhancements so the idea doesn't get lost.
Here's the list:
- Trial leagues can now change player names from the classic player card
- You can now copy manager prefs between your teams
- Added Gold Gloves to the sim. These will run once a night and use the following formula:
(Fielding PCT * 1000) + (+/- * .5) + (RF * 15)
For catchers, the formula is:
(FLD%*1000)+(CS%)-(PB*2)
Position players need to play in 5 innings per team game to be eligible, pitchers 1 inning per team game.
We have left room to allow leagues to use their own variation of this formula. Contact us via Support if your league would like to do something different and we'll try to get it in for the next release in November.
- Added popup player cards to the All Star pages
- Drag and Drop is now supported for organizing the amateur draft preview. In addition, there is now a button at the end of each draftee's row to send that draftee to the bottom of the draft list.
- Hovering over the team name or logo on the Standings page will now display the owner's name in addition to the team's magic numbers.
- The Schedule page now shows an indicator for extra-innings games showing how many innings they ran.
- Pop-up mini-cards have also been added to player links on the Waiver Wire, Minor League, Amateur Draft, and Schedule pages.
- The default "photo" card now shows the player's full baseball card front, not just his photo. If you prefer just the photo, there is an option for this in your User Profile. Rather than calling these "Photo Cards" or "Team Cards", the option now refers to them as Modern Player Card with Baseball Card, Modern Player Card with Player Photo, or Modern Player Card with Team Logo. Classic Player Cards are still available.
- A link has been added to the top of the player cards to allow you to easily flip back and forth between the Modern cards and the Classic cards.
- A 7th and 8th logo set has been added for the Expansion cities, so all cities now have 8 logos available.
- The occasional problem of the logout page not actually logging you out has been resolved.
- Deadlines can now be set when a trade is proposed; the trade cannot be accepted on or after the daedline day.
- When viewing Retirements news, only last year's retirements are shown by default.
