Three of the seven nominees who were not elected garnered a minimum of two votes. Therefore, each qualified for automatic renomination. The following players will be listed on the 1977 HOF ballot:
1. Reggie Dunlop (1B) - 3rd year on ballot
2. Rene Robert (SP) - 3rd year on ballot
3. Gene Swan (CF) - 2nd year on ballot)

i am in one league ( the first league i joined ) and we have tried several times to keep the Hall going but no one wants to take the time to vote.
so i have one player that has over 3000 hits that should be in and we dont even vote. :( by the way he is on my avatar

i know exactly what you mean this year Gene Swan is my first real great player i have had in this league that has a chance to make it to the Hall and i really hope he makes it. i have had great players in other leagues that havent made it.i am in one league ( the first league i joined ) and we have tried several times to keep the Hall going but no one wants to take the time to vote.
