Unearned Runs

I've spent some time recently addressing the earned/unearned run problem. It is not 100% fixed, but I did make modifications to handle when the error would have been the 3rd out. So once there are 3 outs + errors in an inning, any subsequent runs will all be unearned.

Let me know if you see any issues.
