The trade desk has been redesigned to hopefully make it easier to evaluate trades. You know the drill; please bang on it and let me know if it breaks.January 04, 2009 at 05:46PM View BBCode
Howdy, Another one of your great improvements, I love it. Their is only one very minor thing that I see.... The info about a proposed trade, needs a space after "Proposed by the" to separate from team name. thanks BryceJanuary 04, 2009 at 06:00PM View BBCode

I like the changes to the trade desk, however I miss the direct link to the depth charts. I like to evaluate not only the players, but also the entire team roster to see if there are any possible counters.January 04, 2009 at 11:40PM View BBCode

Now I need to click on a player on my team and click on the player on the other team before being able to click on the team link to see the depth charts.

One suggestion: When I view a standard depth chart of an opposing team there is an option to propose a trade. The only problem is that I cannot ask for draft picks unless I go to the trade desk. Is it possible to change the "Propose Trade" link to take me to the Trade Desk showing the team's DC with draft picks and not to the second page showing my list of players?

Wait, where exactly is the depth chart different? I clicked on LA's team name from the trade desk while logged in as betauser, and it just looks like the normal depth chart. The links are all along the top, and there aren't any draft picks at the bottom.January 06, 2009 at 08:17PM View BBCode
oh wait, never mind, I thought you meant down below in the information about already proposed trades.January 06, 2009 at 08:22PM View BBCode
Hm. It's working for me. When I click from there, "mode=trade" should appear in the URL when you arrive at the depth chart. The page header should say "Propose Trade" instead of "Depth Chart". Do you need to maybe empty your cache?January 06, 2009 at 08:24PM View BBCode

I just placed a test trade offer and got this result on the Trade Desk summary. Note the duplicate entries.January 06, 2009 at 08:52PM View BBCode
Odd. Please offer a similar trade to LAN and see if you get the same results.January 06, 2009 at 08:59PM View BBCode
Didn't happen with the first trade offer to you... nor the second. Wonder why it happened when I made an offer to Chicago?January 06, 2009 at 09:04PM View BBCode
Did you maybe click on the submit button twice on the trade to Chicago?January 06, 2009 at 09:07PM View BBCode

Good point. Those links should probably go to the depth chart in trade mode as well.January 07, 2009 at 05:10AM View BBCode
One other change: Cancelling or clearing a trade will no longer go to a separate page. The trade desk page will reload and any messages from the cancel or clear action will appear at the top of the page.Pages: 1 2
