Schedule page made mobile-friendly

I have updated the Schedule page to be more friendly to mobiles. In doing so I've had to remove winning/losing pitchers and probables from the Mobile display, but there is a link to show them.

Note that this does not cover the playoffs; I have to wait until we reach them before I can work on that.
