Here is a couple of stocks to alleviate your declining portfolio.
BPL- Buckeye Partners LTD.
$25.69 as of Friday's close.
$3.45 dividend (13.4% yield)
EPD- Enterprise Products Partners L.P
$18.39 as of Friday's close.
$2.06 dividend (11.2% yield)
I'm by no means an expert and have watched my portfolio decline by over 30% ytd, but here are a couple buying opportunities created by the tumultuous market.

You might want to take some of the profits off BPL. It closed yesterday at $41.56.
BP- $43.17 (.84) Q div.
MMM- $49.97 (.51) Q div
PPG- $36.92 (.53) Q div
Are all good options that if you buy on or before 2/17, then you are the shareholder of record and qualify for the next dividend payment.
NVS- $43.03 ($1.72) annual div. 2/24 ex. div. date
NVO- $53.40 ($1.03) annual div. 3/9 ex. div. date
These are two good safe pharma companies. I actually know an exec. who works for NVO and he is preparing the launch of a new diabetes drug. Not insider info...
Good luck and happy trading.
