Looking for a quality SP

I know, aren't we all...but I am looking for a quality SP...32 or under...I have Herm Tate (A- 2B/1B) and two picks in the first round for this draft (#4-#10)...

The reliever I would like, of course, is Bugsy Malone. Since he's not available, I will settle for someone else. Age not important. Hoping to trade absolutely nothing of value, but willing to part with a draft pick or two, up to whatever it takes to land the right dude.
I will also entertain offers for my own pitchers, Butler, Bell, Hobbs, et al. If the right offer(s) appear(s) on my desk, I'm doing it. And that would make some swell hitters available too.
