Previously, it was randomly between 8 and 20 ICs. Now, this will be between 17 and 31. I wanted to center it around 24 ICs, which is about the number a minor leaguer gets with 0 ICs currently.

For guys who spent the entire season on the waiver wire, I have upped the number of offseason ICs they will receive.Previously, it was randomly between 8 and 20 ICs. Now, this will be between 17 and 31. I wanted to center it around 24 ICs, which is about the number a minor leaguer gets with 0 ICs currently.
