Well Bianco is only good as a minor mentor which you don't really need. So you are basically giving up the player for the picks.

I would probably do it as he is not that great of a player to bigin with.

On another note, you should adjust the CPs in your minors and go:

5-5-5 on Paul Hamrick, Jim Martin & Hanson Bilardello.

I wouldn't bother with the 2 guys with D+ control, especially with 2 CPs each.
