3rd, 4th & 5th round picks are useless. 2nd round picks can be worth something for a late round flier if the draft is deep enough.
Those players he offered you belong on the waiver wire (Dijun) has mentoring value, but pitching wise sucks as you can tell if you look at his career numbers.

Cox is a descent young pitcher (not great), but that offer is nothing but a big pile of crap.3rd, 4th & 5th round picks are useless. 2nd round picks can be worth something for a late round flier if the draft is deep enough.
