Because not all teams are built equally, different teams are more attractive than others and the process reflects this. All teams are going to be discounted. Today, the price is $8 for 2 seasons of play. Every few days, we will lower that price for any teams remaining, until all teams are taken. We will update this thread each time the price changes.
Here are the teams that are currently available. Teams that don't have a Replacement Owner listed are available.
This list is up-to-the-minute automatically updated in terms of which teams have not yet been taken. We have about 50 teams at this point, and will be adding a few more before Monday.

If you are interested in taking over one of these teams, please follow these instructions:
1) Create a new screen name and log in as that screen name, or log in as a screen name that does NOT already have a team. Don't ignore this step!!!

Make sure you don't signup for a team! You'll do that in step 3 below. Just signup for a username.
2) Go to this link to purchase the 2 seasons of play:

3) Return to this link after you have paid to claim the team you want:

We've changed how Expansion teams work. We no longer have Expansion dispersal drafts, you will simply assume control of the team you reserve. You will assume control of that team [color=red]after the season and playoffs are complete.[/color]
Once you have claimed an Expansion team, your team will be temporarily placed in a league called Expansion Teams. Your team will remain here until around November 12th - at which time you will be moved into the proper league. The schedule thread will be posted in Latest News within a few days, if it is not there already.
You will be asked to name the team when you signup. At this time, the name doesn't transfer over so you will have to rename your team again after you are moved into the league.

Do I understand correctly that after this you will no longer have leagues with 3 games a day? I hope not. 6 or more games a day is way too much for me and I won't do it.

For more info on the differences between league types, go to Owner->Pay Leagues.
If you want a 3 GPD team, these teams are your best bet.

It has been a long time since we started a new 3 GPD Dynasty league. Occasionally, we will start a 3 GPD speed league. But the demand just isn't there to start these very often.For more info on the differences between league types, go to Owner->Pay Leagues.
If you want a 3 GPD team, these teams are your best bet.

You take over an existing team. After 2 seasons, you can renew the team according to regular Dynasty league pricing, which starts at $10.95 per season.Tyson

There are 9 teams left. I've lowered the price to $8 for these remaining teams. You'll get 2 seasons for $8. This matches the lowest price we have ever offered.Tyson
