In looking at your team, Carreone and Marlowe are semi-worthless. Norton was a late round 1st rounder with Rogers in the 2nd round... So you're getting two late round 1sts and a late round 2nd... and then some back-up players (until ABE gives them some massive love).
Not bad, but not great.
On a side note, you really need to figure out if you're rebuilding or if you're making a run. If you're rebuilding, Nichol is the centerpiece of your 4 year plan. If you're competing, trade nichol for quality starting players that will win you games. These 4 players won't win you games for 7 years.
Just my thoughts.

Depending how young your team is... and if you have the CPs and starting spots in the line-up available, you should at least think about this trade...In looking at your team, Carreone and Marlowe are semi-worthless.
