That seems like a rather fair trade if you are looking to begin a rebuild. You have a lot of players in your Minors that could be moved to the majors and those prospects should be pretty good. If you do this trade it should be the beginning of a number of trades for you. If you haven't countered back and forth on this at all I might offer it back to him without my 2nd.
