Boddicker won't be Garrett, but he should get to at least A/B+, A- overall. That's not a bad pitcher. And he's only OS 25, so he's got a decade left to pitch. I would hestitate to trade a SP for RP, but his endurance is such that you should be able to start him without a huge penalty and it will continue to get better for a few more years at least..
Ramirez health is a little worse than you'd like in a top prospect, but he's still going to be a good player. He's going to have four red-letter batting ratings, he's going to have A+ speed, and his range isn't going to be awful by the time he's done developing, and with his arm he shouldn't make many throwing errors. Other than his health, there's nothing to dislike about this kid... and it's not like he's a D- or F health guy.
I don't like trading guys like Garrett, but I really think you're getting fair value here, in a deal that makes sense for your team.

You already know my opinion.
