I need your help with this trade offer. This is a Private or Speed League
I have been offered:

With his control, and being a new league, Soderholm should pitch at a pretty high level for at least five seasons - four before age 34, and at least his first year after. Even if takes an 8-point hit in both categories his first year of decline, he's still a B/A, A- overall.
That's at least five seasons when he will be a better pitcher than Bailey will ever be. At OS 23, pitching regularly, you can reasonably expect Bailey to get somewhere between 15-20 more improvements in each category. Even best case, he winds up as a B+/A- or something along those lines. He will never be the pitcher Soderholm is.
I wouldn't make that deal, and looking at the other guy's roster, I'm not sure there's a good counter you can propose. Doesn't look like your rosters are a real good fit to try and make a deal.
If you want to deal Soderholm, I'd offer him around the league and see what you can get. You should be able to do better than a 23-year old with B+/A- potential.
